Ability to work with customers to resolve inquiries

Provide troubleshooting assistance to customers

Ability to accept and implement coaching and feedback in order to achieve individual and team performance goals

Maintain a high level of world class customer service and professionalism to a wide range of customers
•
Recommend products or solutions that best suit the customer
•
Customer Loyalty & Growth
•
Review all customer account information to identify and match customer’s need with the appropriate product and / or service
•
Utilize tools and resources to make appropriate recommendations to customers
•
Offers and educates on the benefits of products and services and explains how the recommendations will add value to the customer’s experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 – $76,000.00 per year
