Hospital located several hundred miles west of Anchorage, seeking a full-time permanent Healthcare Recruiter. Sign-on bonus and Relocation Package available!

Salary/Pay: $45.00 – $50.00 Hourly (DOE)

The Healthcare Recruiter Opportunity:

• Healthcare Recruiter must be a high-volume recruiter, able to source, facilitate, and address staffing for all sectors of the healthcare facility
• Healthcare Recruiter will serve as a direct liaison between third-party partners, Hiring Managers, and the Senior Administration team for all recruitment efforts

The Healthcare Recruiter Requirements:

• Must have an Associate’s Degree from a college or university, Bachelor’s is highly preferred
• Healthcare Recruiter must have at least 2 years of in-house, hospital talent acquisition experience
• Must have at least 2 – 3 years of full-cycle healthcare recruitment experience
• Highly preferable to have previous leadership experience within a hospital setting within the Business Office, HR, and/or lateral departments
