Marketing Manager

Salary: 60K + Based on Experience

Overview:

This individual manages the identification, implementation and delivery of company marketing, communications and advertising projects, on time and on budget. The ideal candidate has strength in both design and project management – a go getter who can get creative things done. A key element of this role is the ability to manage inside and outside resources while ensuring brand and design consistency to effectively tell our story.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership team to determine marketing and advertising strategy

• Align digital marketing and communication strategies, planning and content with business goals

Maintain and enhance organization’s 4 websites. Responsible for overseeing website SEO & reviewing analytics.

• Create social media content, marketing materials, press releases, product literature, packaging and Company communications

• Design trade show displays, graphics and booth layout. Coordinate all publicity leading up to, during and following the show

• Ensure consistency of graphics, logo and brand management

• Create tools and support the Sales team as requested to educate and communicate with customers and end-users

• Manage in-house videos and photography

• Identify and manage outside resources including advertising agencies, designers and other resources to implement the strategy and meet goals

• Stay current on market trends in the design and building industries

• Other related projects and responsibilities as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills, creativity and entrepreneurial spirit

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator software

• Experience with Google Analytics, Marketing Automation/CRM and project management software

• Degree in digital marketing, communications or other applicable area or, 3 years’ experience in similar role

• Proven project management skills – developing requirements, defining scope, communicating status, resource and budget management

• Ability to network, build relationships and work across functional areas

• Experience identifying and working with outside vendors & resources

• Excellent organization and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
