We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media and Marketing Specialist. This position plays a crucial role in developing and executing our company’s social media strategy, creating engaging videos and graphics, designing marketing materials, and contributing to our overall branding efforts. As a Social Media and Marketing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to shape our brand image and enhance our online presence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to our platforms.
• Create compelling and visually appealing content for various social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Proactively monitor and manage our social media accounts, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Produce high-quality videos that showcase our products, services, and company culture. This includes concept development, storyboarding, filming, editing, and post-production.
• Design eye-catching graphics for social media posts, website banners, email campaigns, and other marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and advertisements that align with our brand identity.
• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics, provide regular s on performance, and suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.
• Stay updated on emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance our digital presence.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, video production, graphic design, and marketing.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms to monitor performance and track audience engagement.
• Strong videography and video editing skills, with knowledge of industry-standard software and equipment.
• Excellent graphic design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with marketing principles, branding, and advertising techniques.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and concise content.
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all visuals and messages align with our brand guidelines.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for the construction industry and a strong understanding of its unique audience is a plus.
