Position : Digital Marketing Manager

Location : IRISS HQ – Bradenton, FL

s To : VP Sales and Marketing

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our overall digital marketing strategy.

This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to drive online traffic and increase brand awareness.

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and

be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, enhance brand awareness, and generate leads and sales.
• Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling and engaging digital content across various platforms.
• Analyze and on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, leveraging data insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and recommend innovative strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Manage relationships with external digital marketing agencies and vendors as needed.
• Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes.
• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing roles, with a track record of successfully developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and proficiency in data analysis to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
