We are seeking an Implementation Consultant to join our team. You will be working closely with the Lead Product Manager, Senior Implementation Consultant and the Troncmasters Compliance Team to provide a proactive excellent service to the clients of Troncmasters.

This role involves welcoming new clients through designing and implementing their schemes, with a view to settling them into the Compliance Team after the first few months of processing. This role will also consult on audits and consultancy projects for current clients.

What will you be doing?

• Project planning new clients on-boarding each month
• Delegating setup administration for new clients
• Supporting Senior Implementation Consultant to design and implement Tronc schemes for new clients
• Completing your own setups
• Review and re-design Tronc schemes for current clients
• Internal CRM administration
• Chasing AML documents along with Compliance Team
• Product training for new clients

Experience and Qualifications

• Payroll bureau environment experience desirable
• Proven track record in a customer service environment, ideally with some experience of onboarding new business.
• Experience in processing schemes or hospitality payroll in a bureau/accountancy environment will be advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills
