Key responsibilities:

This is a fixed term contract from January to May 2022. You will:

• Project manage the implementation of a new HRIS (50% of the role)
• Strategically partner with internal stakeholders in relation to talent management, change management and employee relations
• Design and execute training sessions in collaboration with the L&D Manager
• Be responsible for delivering reporting and metrics for the executive team

We’re looking for:

• At least three years’ experience as a generalist People & Culture Business Partner
• Strong project management skills
• Previous experience with implementing a HRIS (desirable)
• Strong ability to build relationships quickly and effectively
• Capability to interpret data and provide storytelling
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
