Starting Pay; Salary Position – $65,000 to $75,000 annually

Job Description;

Industrial Rubber Applicators is a rubber lining facility located in Hibbing, MN. It is a division of Iracore International that has base operations in Hibbing and Alberta. Our manufacturing operations provide rubber lined and cast urethane parts into mining, construction, and oil industries.

The Iracore International Quality Assurance Technician and Materials Manager is responsible for coordinating and observing the health of the quality program at the Industrial Rubber operation. The position includes testing incoming raw materials, finished products and managing the raw material needs of the operation.

Specific training for safe use of chemicals used in the workplace and other equipment specific to the position is provided. The position is a salary position that s under the Vice President of Technical Services. The position requires good attendance, professional behavior, and the capability to work within an industrial setting.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform audits on the rubber lining process
• Inspection of all incoming and final products
• Troubleshoot with Production/Engineering to solve any quality problems that may arise
• Assist with ISO9001 QMS compliance
• Material inventory management
• Provide training on the Quality Management System
• Perform additional assignments as directed by the Quality Manager

Skills and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 5-8 years’ experience in a quality or manufacturing supervisor role
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form. Ability to establish and maintain professional and effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, and external entities each of which require cooperative efforts on both sides
• A moderate level of computer literacy is required particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
• Ability to write routine s and correspondence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 – $36.00 per hour
