Talent Acquisition Resourcer

We are delighted to be able to welcome a new member to our talented recruitment team, due to an internal promotion. We are looking for someone who has experience of working as a resourcer in a recruitment agency environment, has a passion for helping people secure their next career move and is happy to get stuck in supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying opportunities, to filling vacancies and supporting the end to end process.

Responsibilities:

• Source, select and hire qualified candidates to fill vacant positions using cost-effective techniques and in accordance with company policies, procedures and processes
• Fully understand and support the recruitment administration process from Requisition creation, through to Offer, using our applicant tracking system iCIMS and HR system Work Day.
• Review applications and conduct interviews to obtain information regarding applicant’s work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements
• Create and coordinate job advertising in various media
• Utilise Internet online recruiting sources and job boards to identify and recruit candidates
• Work with external recruiters and employment agencies to identify and recruit candidates
• Keep abreast of market trends and demands impacting the company’s ability to attract competitive candidates
• May be responsible for meeting targets and assisting with business development activities

Qualifications

• Experience of working within an agency recruitment function as a resourcer
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, recruitment and HR applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Good problem-solving, judgment and decision-making skills
• Good customer service skills
• Very high degree discretion and confidentiality
• Ability to multi-task, work at pace, prioritise and plan routine activities
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Experience of running assessment centres
• Experience of telephone screening and video interviewing candidate
