We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team! Due to growth plans iQ have a newly created role in the Talent function.
iQ Student Accommodation is a leading provider of PBSA in the UK, with 70 sites in 27 cities and growing. Our vision is to build a world class business, reimagining the student accommodation experience and deliver the best year yet to our customers. The business is privately owned by Blackstone following a recent acquisition and has significant long-term growth plans.
You will be a proactive recruiter, and comfortable working in a fast pace environment. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for attracting, recruiting, developing and retaining the best quality talent at iQ.

Responsibilities:

• Driven on delivering a positive candidate experience
• Manage and build a relationship with candidates
• Building relationships with stakeholders and delivering against their expectations
• Working closely with the wider HR team
• Ensuring that job adverts are correctly placed on job boards and social media channels
• Keeping candidates informed of their status within the process
• Act as a champion for the recruitment team across the business
• Providing regular progress updates to hiring managers
• Keeping up to date with industry trends and tools
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from proactive sourcing to onboarding
• Ensuring candidates have constructive and timely feedback

Skills & Experience:

• In-house, RPO or agency experience
• A thorough understanding of sourcing skills.
• Experience in fast paced/multi-site settings
