This is a marketing department lead position supporting one additional employee in The Netherlands.

You must have a strong set of creative and technical skills and bring an analytical, customer-centric approach to each project, with a get-the-job-done attitude. You must understand B2B and B2C, possess robust attention to detail, be able to manage multiple projects at once, and thrive in a fast-paced growing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The essential duties are to collaborate with our Sales Team to expand our virtual customer outreach and grow brand awareness while measuring our digital efforts.

• Graphic design work for printed and online marketing collateral including flyers, brochures, posters, in-store merchandising, banners, packaging, manuals, website, and emails.
• Develop content, monitor, and maintain company social media accounts.
• Maintain and update company websites both nationally and internationally.
• Determine and manage targeted paid digital advertising via Facebook and other channels.
• Manage the designing, writing, and proofreading a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, direct mail, advertising, e-blasts, web content, press releases, and sales tools.
• Create, manage, and maintain email blast database and distribution.
• Create and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data.
• Monitor and Manage SEO, google analytics, data studio, and google ads for successes and retargeting.
• Develop KPIs and show department progress with digital data ing.
• Keep company up to date with all digital privacy National and International laws and regulations.
• Assist in creation of new live and on-demand video content – including filming, OBS, editing & after production promotion.
• Monitor and analyze competitors’ websites.
• Manage the Marketing Team with day-to-day operational duties and always be flexible to shift gears into a different project.
• Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either orally or verbally.
• Assist Sales in planning and execution of trade shows, conventions, and B2B promotions.

Experience and Qualifications:

• 5 plus years in a Marketing leadership role.
• 2 plus years in Website content and maintenance.
• Must be skilled in Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and MS Office
• 2 year of web design or development experience.
• AA and/or BA/BS degree in areas such as Graphic Design, UI/UX, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred but not required.
• 2 years E-Commerce experience.
• Construction Industry and terminology a plus.
• B2B experience a major plus.
• NetSuite and SuiteCommerce knowledge a plus.

Employment Classification and Benefits:

• This is a full time Exempt position from or Corporate Office – All Covid-19 guidelines followed at all times.
• No consulting or contracting, this is a regular At-Will position.
• Wage dependent upon experience.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $99,000.00 per year
