Role Profile (how we will measure success)

IQ-EQ has scaled quickly to 3,500 employees over the last 3 years and is looking for an enthusiastic Global Head of Talent Acquisition (TA) to lead our global talent acquisition function and program, delivering both strategic program design and hands-on recruiting in a hyper-growth environment. Specifically, this will include delivering innovative programs for inclusive recruiting, improving our recruiting infrastructure and operations at scale, and making IQ-EQ’s brand become even stronger externally as we continue to grow.

Reporting to the Global Head of Talent and working closely with our Global HR Leadership and Global Management Teams, you will be responsible for establishing IQ-EQ’s Global Talent Acquisition strategy and implementing global recruiting initiatives, policies, and practices that will attract diverse, high-performing talent from around the world. You will be charged with driving systemic change to develop world-class recruiting competencies throughout the company including short and long-term recruitment planning, driving opportunities for internal moves to support internal development, resource allocation and deployment, performance metrics reporting, and employment branding. You will partner with company leaders to develop and implement the company’s overall recruiting strategy, lead efforts to promote our employer brand globally, and co-manage workforce planning..

Responsibilities (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis)

• Lead the development and implementation of an overall talent acquisition strategy for the Company
• Successfully align the Talent Acquisition organization’s priorities to the company’s multi-year strategy focusing on recruiting best in class talent possessing key skills needed for the future
• Lead and develop a high performing team across the organisation, ensuring the team utilizes quality recruiting strategies in their search for top talent.
• Create an optimal Candidate and Hiring Manager experience across the organisation

• Leverage knowledge of market conditions and competitive talent landscape while driving fairness and compliance in hiring and internal job fulfilment practices and policies
• Establish and measure key talent acquisition metrics to ensure widespread internal stakeholder understanding of our recruiting operations efficiency and effectiveness and deliver insights to enable future talent strategy evolution
• Collaborate with HR, DEI, people teams, and business leaders to understand and proactively address key concerns in attracting, motivating and retaining high quality, diverse talent
• Analyse and communicate recruitment trends, results and insights to drive future recruitment activity, improve compliance and reduce risk.
• Monitor and manage all team activity on a continuous basis, ensuring appropriate distribution of workloads across the team
• Review/manage existing technology/tools/systems
• Develop a strong and attractive employer brand (Employee Value Proposition)
• Support the mobility of internal employees
• Stay current on both talent strategies and industry/competitor activities
• Champion CBI and assessment tools, and inclusive interview practices across the team
• Promote a high-touch exceptional candidate experience
• Partner with Human Resources and Business Leaders to understand hiring needs and implement effective headcount tracking
• Be the workforce planning SME and manage the headcount requisition approval process
• vendor relationships and track metrics to determine most effective way to design and deliver initiatives in the most cost effective and efficient way

Education / Professional Qualifications

• Educated to degree level

• Substantial ATS and relevant recruitment/marketing technology experience preferred
• Experience with efficient utilization of candidate sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Vettery, Indeed, Fetcher, etc)

Background experience

• Extensive experience of progressive recruiting leadership background
• Exposure to leading globally matrixed team members
• Experience in niche recruiting strategies across multiple geographies
• Experienced leading and operating within a global, matrixed organization
• Strong project management and vendor management skills
• Prior successful experience scaling a global organization – opening & staffing new offices
• Deep understand of global employment & immigration law as it pertains to hiring
