Role Profile (how we will measure success)
IQ-EQ has scaled quickly to 3,500 employees over the last 3 years and is looking for an enthusiastic Global Head of Talent Acquisition (TA) to lead our global talent acquisition function and program, delivering both strategic program design and hands-on recruiting in a hyper-growth environment. Specifically, this will include delivering innovative programs for inclusive recruiting, improving our recruiting infrastructure and operations at scale, and making IQ-EQ’s brand become even stronger externally as we continue to grow.
Reporting to the Global Head of Talent and working closely with our Global HR Leadership and Global Management Teams, you will be responsible for establishing IQ-EQ’s Global Talent Acquisition strategy and implementing global recruiting initiatives, policies, and practices that will attract diverse, high-performing talent from around the world. You will be charged with driving systemic change to develop world-class recruiting competencies throughout the company including short and long-term recruitment planning, driving opportunities for internal moves to support internal development, resource allocation and deployment, performance metrics reporting, and employment branding. You will partner with company leaders to develop and implement the company’s overall recruiting strategy, lead efforts to promote our employer brand globally, and co-manage workforce planning..
