Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Hybrid

Salary: $54,000 Base Salary + Commission

Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our Event Security Company. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients in order to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct client needs assessments and make recommendations for security services that meet their specific requirements.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and management, to ensure that client needs are met and that services are delivered effectively.
• Attend industry conferences and events to stay up-to-date on industry trends and maintain a strong network of industry contacts.
• Develop and maintain sales forecasts, s, and other documentation related to sales activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
