HR Department:
The Human Resources department serves a critical link between the company’s strategic people programs and business operations. The HR team partners with all managers and employees in the company to provide solutions and resources for a productive and engaging environment. Additionally, HR designs health and wellness programs, job development tools, and corporate events to create an enriching employee experience.
Purpose:
Our Talent Acquisition Specialist (aka, Recruiter) is responsible for staffing up the company with top-notch team players in a timeline manner, all while providing a fantastic employee experience. The TA expert will conduct full life-cycle recruitment activities to support a req load of approximately 20 – 25 roles for various departments, which may include Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Services, or G&A.
The position is based in San Diego, CA with a hybrid work schedule (2 days per week in office).
Areas of Accountability:
The Talent Acquisition Manager has responsibility for the following outcomes:

• Candidate Experience: The TA Specialist will provide a great candidate experience with timely feedback, thorough company insights, and great communication skills.
• Hiring Quality Team Members: A software company is only as good as it’s people. The TA Specialist will build a quality pipeline of candidates for each role. The target is for every hiring manager to have 3 quality candidates for selection.
• Time to Fill: While quality is key for hiring, we strive to fill jobs within a certain time frame, based on the role and complexity.

Competencies for Success:

• Minimum of four (6) years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in a SaaS organization
• Support a diverse and inclusive culture and workforce, and ensure compliance with laws, regulations and company policies
• Knows and utilizes ATS functionality; maintains clean and accurate data
• Success cold sourcing in LinkedIn and Indeed
• Track record of filling technical roles in 75 days or less
• Has carried a req load of 20+ positions
• Maintain high standards of integrity and accountability
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
