Position Title: Recruiter

Location: Remote, North America

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the company. In addition you will play a key role in our early career recruitment initiatives. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruitment processes

Job Overview and key duties (agile):

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their early careers recruitment needs and align with our organizational goals
• Develop and implement strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates for entry-level and internship positions
• Manage and nurture relationships with universities, career centers, and other relevant organizations to build a strong talent pipeline
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in early careers recruitment
  Source candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for the position
• Manage the overall interview and selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Streamline and improve recruitment operations by implementing best practices and leveraging technology
• Stay up-to-date with recruitment trends and industry developments to continuously improve the recruitment process.
