To continue to build on our Candidate talent pipeline across South East Victoria, North West Victoria and South Australia we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Team.

Our ideal candidate would be someone that is passionate about their role and can bring Confidence and Energy to the team. As a natural multi-tasker that thrives in a fast-paced environment this role will offer a lot of variety.

Duties:

• Work closely with the Team to understand the current and future resource needs of the business
• Planning and delivering interview and selection procedures
• Operate as the key driver in sourcing and selecting Candidates for existing vacancies across white & blue collar sectors through various channels
• Develop and maintain our Candidate database
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

The successful applicant will

• Have proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
• Be familiar with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
• Hands-on experience with end to end recruitment using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

• Ability to source and select Candidates across a broad range of industries and to be able to develop long term recruiting strategies

• Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles across a variety of market sectors
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

This newly created role will be integral to ensuring that IPA has the right talent to service our clients. You will work alongside experienced Recruitment Consultants who are committed, highly collaborative and passionate. Training, coaching, and support will be provided.
