IPA Personnel Services Hiring for Talent Acquisition Advisor Job at New South Wales Full Time

An exciting opportunity exists for an accomplished Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their team of internal recruitment professionals and support the recruitment across four brands.

Reporting to the Recruitment Team Leader, as the TA Advisor, you will have notable experience recruiting for senior level roles. Authentic, agile and collaborative your aim is to provide a strategic approach to identifying and attracting quality talent for executive level roles. In this 12 month fixed term contract you will lead and manage all facets of the end-to-end recruitment process globally, build close relationships with key stakeholders which includes direct reports of the CEO and provide an exceptional experience to candidates.

Some of your duties will include:

• Act as a true business partner, providing specialist advice to hiring managers
• Support the business through reduction of staff turnover through superior recruitment practices
• Get involved in the completion of four projects across the calendar year
• Work closely with the Recruitment Lead to provide accurate & timely reporting
• Conduct rigorous pre-employment checks in line with best practice

Your background will include:

• Significant 5+ years commercial experience in providing end to end recruitment
• Proven experience recruiting for senior/executive level white collar roles is highly desirable
• Proficient in the use of recruitment platforms including SEEK Premium Talent and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and candidates
• Superior communication skills with the ability to influence
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with a strong ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
