Our Perth branch has undergone significant growth over the past 12 months, which has now presented us with the opportunity to continue to expand our team.

We are looking for Administrators / Resourcers who are interested in creating change to someone’s life while also learning and growing with the role.

About the role

This role would be suited to someone who can work well under pressure, develop strong relationships with candidates and happy to take the lead with your role. We believe in giving you the framework and you define what success looks like for us.

The role will encompass the following:

• Deliver effective blue-collar recruitment outcomes – source, screen, interview, reference check, offer, on-board new blue-collar employees
• Supporting the recruitment consultants, team leader and the branch
• Administrative and coordination support for mobilisation
