Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Officer for their busy location in Bundaberg. This is a permanent position. With the successful candidate having long term career possibilities. You support our client by providing professional support across various areas of the Company.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient and high standards of customer service to customers
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft Office is required to an Intermediate to advanced level
• Knowledge of Australian legislation and accounting standards
• Competency in preparing reports for external accountant
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Discipline to keep strong time management & meet deadlines
• Knowledge and ability to prepare reconciliations, invoices & payroll obligations
• Responsibility of managing your own existing account base
• Be customer service orientated

A full PD can be obtained if successful for interview.

Skills and Experience:

• Written and verbal communication skills
• Be well presented
• Mature attitude to work within the team as a team player
• Positive attitude and have great time management skills.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Bookkeeping, MYOB, Xero & Business Central

Qualifications:

• Qualifications in Accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or business

A high level of interpersonal communication skills and a commitment to confidentiality is essential to succeed in these positions.
