About the role The Recruitment Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse range of roles across a specific geographic portfolio.
You will be responsible for a diverse rage of roles including but not limited to Aged Care, Operational, Health and Corporate Services.
Key Responsibilities Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and advising on effective recruitment strategies. Identifying, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure top-tier talent is presented to the business. Guiding candidates through the entire experience, from the first contact to seamless onboarding. Working hand-in-hand with internal teams to develop and implement creative recruitment initiatives. Building and sustaining a talent pipeline to support current and future hiring requirements. Manage the candidate experience for both successful and unsuccessful candidates in PageUp This full-time role and is based 5 days per week in their beautifully modern Head Office overlooking Albert Park lake on St Kilda Road. Qualifications: Experience with web based recruitment tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search, and HRIS mandatory. Adaptability in a dynamic and rapidly changing setting. Key emphasis on customer satisfaction and a service-oriented mindset. Proven ability in working collaboratively and actively contributing to ongoing enhancements.
