The Role:
The Talent Acquisition Support Officer role is to enable and deliver efficient and effective Talent Acquisition support and coordination to the Talent Acquisition Team, People and Culture (HR) and People Leaders. Your role is to enable sourcing talented individuals who will support our culture and business needs by enabling a seamless end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
This role will work with the Head of Talent Acquisition, Operations Lead – TA & Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition Partners, People Leaders, People & Culture Business Partners and our HR Shared Services team to create a seamless recruitment experience, by providing assistance to our TA Partner(s) and TA Team throughout the recruitment lifecycle, by performing or assisting with, but not limited to:-
This role will work with the Head of Talent Acquisition, Operations Lead – TA & Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition Partners, People Leaders, People & Culture Business Partners and our HR Shared Services team to create a seamless recruitment experience, by providing assistance to our TA Partner(s) and TA Team throughout the recruitment lifecycle, by performing or assisting with, but not limited to:-
- Creating and reviewing Position/Role Descriptions
- Creating and posting advertisements from Position/Role Descriptions
- Assisting to create Recruitment Requests in our HR Information System (SuccessFactors)
- Assisting with the reviewing candidate applications against role requirements
- Phone screening candidates
- Interview scheduling and coordination
- Processing Reference Checks
- Making verbal offers
- Assisting with the creation of Letters of Offer/Employment Agreements
- Initiating Onboarding
- Liaising with People Leader(s) and the broader People & Culture team on behalf of Talent Acquisition
What you’ll bring:-
To succeed in this role, ideally you will have experience in end-to-end recruitment, however, what we are really looking for is someone that is organised, proactive and will fit into our team well, which could look like: –
To succeed in this role, ideally you will have experience in end-to-end recruitment, however, what we are really looking for is someone that is organised, proactive and will fit into our team well, which could look like: –
- Experience providing administrative support, ideally within a Talent Acquisition or People & Culture team; and/or
- Demonstrated experience in a high volume, end-to-end process-oriented role; and/or
- An understanding of recruitment cycles/processes.
Essential requirements:-

- Excellent interpersonal skills and team orientation
- Highly organised and capable of juggling multiple priorities
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, whilst maintaining impeccable attention to detail
- Well-developed verbal and written communication and rapport-building skills, with the ability to foster meaningful client and candidate relationships.
- Experience/proficiency in SuccessFactors advantageous, but not essential
