The role
We are looking for an experienced technology recruiter to join Insignia Financial, and to accelerate the growth of our constantly evolving Tech business. We are proud of the agile work environment we have created, and our roadmap to integrate our various platforms as our growth continues.
You will be partnering with divisional People Leaders to source great talent and through various channels. We are big on taking and guiding our People Leaders through the journey and we do it with ClientFirst mindset from the beginning through to the end.
You will be well supported by a collaborative People & Culture team, including strong partnerships with our TA, HR Partner and Performance & Reward team to collaborate and solve talent acquisition opportunities.
What we are looking for in our successful candidate
First and foremost, you are great with people; always going above and beyond to ensure that you understand and partner with our business leaders, and that our candidates are understood and matched to the right role. A quick learner with a knack for suggesting new ideas to help solve their talent and sourcing opportunities, you are driven, motivated, and have the desire to new approaches.
You don’t need to have a background in finance, though it would be great if you had an interest in getting into the industry, and we would love you to be a brand ambassador for our team. With your amazing communication and solving skills and high level of attention to detail, you’re really excited about the idea of joining the team at Insignia Financial.
