The Role
Reporting to our Office Manager, you will be the first point of contact for Insignia Financial. No two days will be the same! This is a true customer facing role for someone looking to advance their career in finance or administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing IOOF Reception/Front Desk area
  • Attending to visitors upon arrival
  • Attending to phone calls on the main reception number
  • Management of the Temporary Security Pass Register
  • Ensuring kitchen and meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy
  • Coordinating of couriers and internal mail daily
  • Assist with arrangements of functions, meetings, catering and appointments as required

To Be Successful in This Role You Will Possess:
  • Strong ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Customer focused and excellent phone manner
  • Highly competent in Microsoft Office software package
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • High level of integrity and ability to uphold confidential information
