The Role
Reporting to our Office Manager, you will be the first point of contact for Insignia Financial. No two days will be the same! This is a true customer facing role for someone looking to advance their career in finance or administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing IOOF Reception/Front Desk area
- Attending to visitors upon arrival
- Attending to phone calls on the main reception number
- Management of the Temporary Security Pass Register
- Ensuring kitchen and meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy
- Coordinating of couriers and internal mail daily
- Assist with arrangements of functions, meetings, catering and appointments as required
To Be Successful in This Role You Will Possess:
- Strong ability to prioritise and multitask
- Customer focused and excellent phone manner
- Highly competent in Microsoft Office software package
- Great problem-solving skills
- High level of integrity and ability to uphold confidential information
