Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through providing Level 2 Desktop Support to our internal clients.

The Role
Systems support are responsible for assisting our internal clients with second level desktop related issues. They are responsible for managing the work that comes to the team in a timely manner to ensure the customer is satisfied with the outcome.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing Level 2 IT technical support remotely or via face to face interactions at our internal Tech Hubs.
  • Manage tickets logged via a ServiceNow queue
  • Collaborate with internal infrastructure staff and vendors on behalf of our internal customers.
  • Deployment and lifecycle management of hardware ie: Notebooks/mobile phones/printers.
  • Troubleshooting software and hardware issues in a Windows based environment (Windows 11, O365, Azure, Active Directory, Networking, etc.)
  • Explain and document technical issues in a clear way to clients and other IT support members.
  • Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels and in accordance with department guidelines.

To Be Successful in This Role You Will Possess:
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows based environment in a medium to large organisation
  • Desktop support experience (via phone, email, remotely and face to face)
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, O365 Admin, Exchange, Network and security, SCCM
  • IT degree or equivalent qualification and or relevant IT certifications
  • Experience working with ticketing system ServiceNow
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn & grow
  • Outstanding Customer Service skills
