A Bit About The Role

As a content creator, you will play a critical role in shaping our brand voice and driving engagement across a variety of channels. You will collaborate with other departments to develop compelling content that resonates with our target audience, including social media and website content, blog posts, social media, eDMs, and more.

You will assist with the delivery of a number of projects at any given time and thrive working at a fast pace, while also effectively collaborating with your colleagues to gather information and turn it into engaging content.

As part of your application, we’d like you to provide a portfolio of your recent work to demonstrate your content credentials. This should include up to four pieces of content in any format (written, video or graphic design content).

Responsibilities

• Ideating, writing, producing and publishing content for the INX website
• Creating and publishing clickable social media content
• Assisting with the production of other ad-hoc written content such as product brochures, factsheets and presentations
• Bringing an understanding of SEO to your writing
• Collaborating with other departments
• Producing social content for INX Software’s LinkedIn channels

Requirements

• Proven experience as a content creator, with a strong portfolio of published work
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong eye for detail and a talent for storytelling
• Proficiency in SEO and social media best practices is admirable
• Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Passion to learn about technology and the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging content
• Experience in using the Adobe Creative Cloud suite and WordPress is highly desirable
