Inviso Hiring for Accounting Manager (FTE) Job at Bellevue, WA Full Time

We are looking for an Accounting Manager who will be responsible for maintaining timely and accurate monthly accounting records. This will include establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily operations of accounting department
• Perform and complete month end closing procedures
• Prepare monthly reports and journal entries with careful consideration of input accuracy
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Prepare recurring financial reports for senior leadership
• Prepare weekly cash flow reports for management
• Perform monthly banking reconciliations
• Complete General ledger maintenance
• Review check runs
• Complete tax compliance review
• Coordinate and complete annual audits
• Provide recommendations to improve systems and procedures
• Meet financial accounting objectives
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in Finance and/or accounting
• BS degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager
• Ability to identify and solve problems; to formulate ideas to increase efficiency and effectiveness of operations
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases
• High attention to detail and accuracy
