About your next role

About You
The culture in our team is pretty special; it’s inclusive, open-minded and fun. We are therefore seeking someone who is equally positive and team orientated.

You’ll have a solid foundation of working in an end to end corporate recruitment role, with the ability to speak ‘IT hiring’ one moment and transition to exec hiring the next. We’re looking for someone who can engage and advise hiring managers and who has mastered ‘the swan’ stroke….(managing all the moving parts with grace and without getting rattled by the competing priorities!).
We embrace hybrid working with the infrastructure, autonomy and empowerment to support it. However, the office is seriously amazing, providing a bit of a carrot for the days when you are onsite (they run a hybrid 2 days WFH, 3 days onsite model)
