Inviron Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist Job at Northampton, England Full Time

Inviron are a leading facilities management company that has significantly grown in recent years and is set to continue expanding. For our recently formed Talent Acquisition team this means exciting times ahead as we are building new processes, best practice and innovation.

As a result we now have a brand new opportunity for a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist, home based with up to 2 days per month in London for meetings.

You will be joining a small, close knit, welcoming and dynamic team of professionals who are supportive, dedicated, and always looking for ways to improve our processes and to deliver the best experience for candidates and hiring managers. You will be proactively sourcing a variety of roles from head office to front line engineers, throughout the UK, building talent pools and pipelines.

This role will be ideal if you are looking to move from an agency to an internal talent acquisition role or are a Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition Administrator/Co-ordinator looking to progress. This is a pivotal position, which will enable you to fast track your career, with great reward and scope, and on joining you’ll have a clear, structured development plan with the aim of progressing to a Talent Acquisition Partner role.

The Role:

• Taking detailed role briefings from our Talent Acquisition Manager/ Hiring Managers
• Proactively, directly sourcing candidates using a variety of methods including networking, referrals, social media, LinkedIn, job boards and other platforms
• Conducting candidate screening, arranging interviews, providing candidate feedback
• Building talent pools/ pipelining for regularly recruited roles, keeping candidates ‘warm’
• Delivering a great candidate experience by being an Inviron Brand Ambassador
• Developing in depth knowledge of talent, competitors and recruitment markets
• Supporting talent acquisition projects and reporting
• Keeping up to date with best practice, new ideas and innovation in the field of talent acquisition

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a recruitment role either in house or agency
• Desire to further a career in talent acquisition
• Ability to effectively question, explore and gain a deeper insight into people, motivators and business needs
• Able to gain people’s confidence and put them at ease
• Persuasive, persistent and patient
• Strong administration skills
• Able to work to tight deadlines
• Can think on your feet – flex and adapt to changing deadlines and requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £30,000.00 per year
