Planning, directing, and coordinating all North American (Canada & US) accounting operational functions which includes accounts payable, billing/receivables, general ledger, tax compliance and payroll oversight

Managing the consolidation of global financial data for an accurate accounting of consolidated

Professional accounting designation with 8 years of experience at the controller or higher level (public practice and/or industry)

Strong technical skills, IFRS and public reporting experience is preferred, manufacturing experience is an asset

Experience with tax provisions, transfer pricing and US/Canadian tax compliance preferred

Experience writing technical accounting memos and working with external auditors

Ability to analyse transactions and bring structure to evolving environments through collaboration and problem-solving
