Investor Services Full Time

Key Responsibilities- Manage client servicing activities with professionalism and empathy.- Execute day-to-day operational tasks and requests assigned by Relationship- Managers (RMs) and the Founder.- Reach out to clients for financial, non-financial transactions and other service-related- requirements.- Work on platforms such as NSE, Madosx (or other ERP systems), CAMS, KARVY,- and internal tools.- Maintain high accuracy in all tasks, ensuring compliance and efficiency.- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth business processes.Skills & Qualifications- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.- Proficiency in Google Suite and ability to learn new platforms quickly.- Attention to detail with an “Owl personality” (precision and accuracy).- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and manage multiple tasks- simultaneously.- Highly organized and adaptable to changing priorities.- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced,- client-focused environment.- Prior experience in financial services operations or related roles is a plus.Salary offering = 25-35K/ month.Office Location – Guinea Paradise CHS, JP Rd, near Seven Banglows, opposite Jumbo King, Aram Nagar, Versova, Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400061
