Requirements

The Position -As our chosen VP of Property Management, every day you will lead and support our 4 Directors of Operations for over 150 residential communities nationwide by leading, motivating, planning, directing, and coordinating all operational functions.

To thrive in this role:

Oversee operations and support department staff to ensure the company meets occupancy, NOI, unit turn, and delinquency goals

Lead and motivate team members to ensure employees feel valued and residents love where they live

Ability to communicate effectively and promptly with leadership team, clients, board members, and employees

Ability to listen to resolve problems and overcome obstacles

Responsible for creating ways to innovate the company

Ability to critically think and act

Ability to develop trusting relationship among colleagues

Ability to make important decisions that directly impact the company

Ability to stay up to date on industry trends and competitor performances

on results of the company and make immediate changes as needed to enhance performance

Ability to create, operate within, and to financial performance

Ability to train, coach, and mentor team members

Experience Needed:

10 years in a Senior Leadership role overseeing a minimum portfolio of 100 communities of either Multi-family, Manufactured Housing and/or RV

Travel up to 50% of the time nationwide required

Must reside in or around Orange County, CA area and to an office up to 2 days per week when not traveling

CPM Designation a plus

Real Estate license a plus
