You’ll have the opportunity to support a variety of projects, on a freelance basis, for some of the world’s biggest brand names.

We’re talking SEO gurus that have proven track records of getting new brands in the top search rankings; PPC masters that understand how to direct relevant traffic and capture the masses with strategic ads; CRO specialists who are experienced in identifying and optimizing conversion methods; Social Community experts that are in-the-know with the latest platforms, trends, and how to engage with audiences.

PERFORMANCE MARKETING SPECIALIST – What You’ll Be Doing:

• Serve as a subject matter expert to analyze client data, trends, rankings, competitors, and implement winning strategies
• Collaborate with client, and marketing teams, to produce and launch quality campaigns within budget and time constraints

• Continuously monitor traffic and on campaign success. Advise on improvements, as needed
• Act as both strategist and technical master to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard
• Monitor and manage campaign budgets to ensure all design work is accomplished efficiently
• Contribute innovative ideas and consistently present new ways to further improve campaigns
• Assist in the execution of tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends to achieve maximum campaign results

• Quickly address time-sensitive issues and resolve or escalate, as needed
• Track and on progress of all projects and advise on updates, issues, or delays

PERFORMANCE MARKETING SPECIALIST – Who You Are

• Freelance contractor eager to work on a variety of projects and support multiple clients on a contract basis
• Experienced professional with a proven history supporting clients/businesses with SEO, SEM, Paid Search / PPC campaigns
• Previous experience researching, setting up, and launching white hat SEO campaigns to generate the most traffic possible
• Previous experience with keyword research tools such as SEMRush, Google Search Console, or Ahrefs

• Previous experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and/or AdWords Editor
• Previous experience managing ads on top social media platforms
• Previous experience creating and implementing social media engagement campaigns on all major platforms
• Expert technical knowledge in your respected field with the ability to both create and implement campaign strategy
• Strong understanding of digital marketing campaigns, services, and trends, with the ability to work with cross-functioning teams

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead conversation and advise clients, via phone, video, and email
• Effective multitasker capable of managing multiple complex projects
• Analytical mindset with a passion for discovering trends and adjusting to achieve results
• Previous experience working in a digital agency or as a freelance contractor, a plus
