Investability IR Hiring for Social Media & Digital Marketing Coordinator – ASX Clients at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Full Time

Investability, a boutique investor relations and media firm, is seeking a Digital Communications Coordinator to join our team.

Investability specialises in the promotion of ASX listed companies predominantly in the natural resources sector. We have a strong reputation and are regarded as one of Australia’s premier consultancies in the small-cap space, offering investor relations, PR, digital marketing and content creation services. 

The Role:

We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic, bright and dynamic individual to coordinate the planning, execution and ing of digital marketing activities for Investability and our ASX-listed clients. 

The ideal candidate is a person who wants to develop their career in corporate communications and has a flair for digital marketing. Being a naturally confident person, building relationships is second nature and you pride yourself on being detail-orientated and having a fantastic eye for design. Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing:

• Manage the daily distribution of client news to social media channels (LinkedIn and Twitter).
• Plan client content calendars in line with the news-flow.
• Daily media monitoring across online news, social media, print and broadcast.
• Flag and respond to investor queries received via social media.
• Conduct paid campaigns, A/B test ad copy, and manage ad accounts.

Email Direct Marketing:

• Develop best practice email marketing strategy.
• Prepare email newsletters.
• Monitor and on the results of campaigns.
• Manage the email database and audience segmentation.

Content Creation:

• Film video interviews with clients. 
• Create/edit video content.
• Design social media posts, banners and other content in Canva.
• Copywrite captions and email text to ensure key investor messages are emphasised.

Web:

• Update content on websites and other platforms.
• Track traffic and undertake SEO improvements.

Analysis & ing

• Monitor, analyse and optimise digital channels.
• Creating performance s on a monthly basis.
• Contribute your ideas and expertise to Investability’s and our clients’ digital marketing strategy. 

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

• Relevant digital marketing experience in a similar role building awareness and engagement.
• An understanding of digital marketing channels – Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Mailchimp (and other email services) and tools – Google Analytics, Loomly, Meltwater.
• Experience in conducting paid campaigns.
• Video editing skills and strong graphic design skills (using Canva). 
• Experience writing compelling content for digital channels.
• Proactive, highly-organised multitasker who can manage competing priorities without sacrificing quality and who enjoys making things run smoothly.
• Naturally confident and personable, able to build positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders, confident communicating with Board members and management teams.
• Excellent written communications skills, including an ability to synthetise information into compelling marketing copy.
• Flawless attention to detail.
• Team player with a can-do attitude and possessing an inner motivation for delivering first-class client service as well as a willingness to take initiative. 
• Interest in capital markets and understanding of natural resources/mining highly regarded.
• Positive energy and passion – you enjoy keeping up-to-date on the latest digital marketing best practices and technologies.
