Based predominantly in our Henley-on-Thames headquarters, our Human Resources team comprises experienced professionals in Business Partnering, Compensation, Benefits, Learning & Development, Diversity and Inclusion, HR-related Technology and Talent Acquisition.

Your role
The Talent Partner will effectively manage the sourcing, attraction and selection of top quality candidates for identified vacancies and partnering with the business on strategic talent acquisition initiatives to proactively position Invesco as an employer of choice within the industry.
Sound interesting? You will be part of a team who develop innovative and effective strategies designed to ensure the sourcing and selection of high quality candidates. As a Talent Partner your role will focus around providing advice and guidance to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment strategy, guidelines and procedure concerning best practice, systems and methodology and ensuring consistency of approach.
Bring your experience of the financial services industry and an understanding of investment management. We will look for a consultative and collaborative style with a willingness to try different ways of doing things. You will have a good understanding of employer branding concepts and attraction techniques with strong experience in competency-based interviewing techniques and other assessment knowledge.
