Invesco is driven by a pure focus on investment. It’s all we do. We focus on doing work that matters and being a firm that gives a voice to every employee. In fact, we make a promise to our clients and each other to create greater possibilities together. We’re looking for people who have new perspectives. Who can come together to share ideas, listen and challenge each other to achieve better solutions for our clients.
Your team
Building an effective, collaborative workforce is essential to our success. We are ultimately a people business. Based predominantly in our Henley-on-Thames headquarters, our Human Resources team comprises experienced professionals in Business Partnering, Compensation, Benefits, Learning & Development, Diversity and Inclusion, HR-related Technology and Talent Acquisition. Our purpose is to enable our people and our leaders to attract, retain, motivate and develop our talent.
Our Benefits team is responsible for building and maintaining a best-in-class benefits offering for our employees across the region, working with dedicated vendors and ensuring plan design recommendations based on best practice market needs are considered.
Your role
We’re searching for an experienced Benefits professional, ideally with experience across UK and Europe, to join our team. You’ll administer the ongoing operations for the EMEA region, relating to insurance, pension, wellness and miscellaneous benefit plans, working alongside internal clients, third party providers and consultants/brokers. You’ll play a key role in leading ongoing benefits initiatives and project managing the introduction of new initiatives. Using your analytical capabilities, you’ll review and monitor the costs for benefits to ensure budgets are adhered to and you’ll track issues to determine trends. The development of effective communication to employees to ensure our benefits offerings are clear and transparent will also be an integral responsibility, as will the ability to interface with external vendors to ensure the team and our employees receive the expected level of service.
Sound exciting? You’ll need proven experience in the administration of benefits within a complex global organisation, outstanding verbal and written communication skills and an analytical approach to data, with the ability to identify trends and to make well thought out recommendations. We’re looking for people who thrive on taking ownership and responsibility for their work, with the ability to operate both independently and as part of our dynamic team.
