Inventum Group Hiring for HR Analyst at London Full Time
Our client a fast-growing UK based challenger bank working with entrepreneurs and SME’s would like to hire a HR Analyst to join their team based in London. You will join a vibrant team and deliver a variety of reports using their HR system Cezanne. You will need to demonstrate skill in the production of HR reports including attrition, time to hire, reward and ad-hoc and bespoke reports directed by the HR Team.
Experience of working with HR data and good knowledge of excel and PowerPoint is essential. This is a great opportunity to join a well- supported close-knit team. and Experience of working in financial or professional services or IT technology is especially sought.
