The Role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing efforts.

This individual will lead digital marketing campaigns, manage our online presence, and drive demand generation to increase brand awareness and revenue.

Additionally, the Digital Marketing Manager will spearhead our website redesign project to ensure it meets business goals and provides an optimal user experience.

The role requires strong expertise in HubSpot for marketing automation and Salesforce for CRM integration. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and has a strong understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies.

Responsibilities include :

Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies :

• Create and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, leads, and sales
• Develop and implement SEO / SEM, PPC, email, and social media campaigns

Demand Generation :

• Drive demand generation initiatives that align with business goals
• Manage and optimize campaigns to generate high-quality leads and increase conversion rates
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales objectives

Content Management :

Oversee digital content strategy and calendars across all digital channels

Performance Analysis :

• Monitor, analyze, and on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
• Use data-driven insights to refine and improve strategies
• Track KPIs and metrics to measure the success of campaigns

Website Management :

• Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the company website
• Ensure the website is user-friendly, SEO-optimized, and aligns with branding and marketing goals
• Collaborate with designers and developers to implement updates and improvements
• Conduct regular audits to ensure website content is current and relevant

Website Redesign Project :

• Lead the website redesign project from planning through execution
• Work closely with UX / UI designers, developers, and content creators to create a seamless and engaging user experience
• Conduct user testing and analyze feedback to make data-driven improvements
• Oversee the transition and ensure minimal disruption to website traffic and performance

HubSpot Management :

• Oversee and manage HubSpot for marketing automation activities
• Create, optimize, and maintain HubSpot workflows, email campaigns, landing pages, and lead nurturing processes
• Ensure data integrity and proper integration with other systems

Vendor Management :

• Manage relationships with external vendors, including digital marketing agencies, freelancers, and other service providers
• Ensure vendors deliver quality work on time and within budget
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure alignment with the overall marketing strategy and objectives

Stay Updated with Industry Trends :

• Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies
• Incorporate innovative approaches and best practices into marketing strategies

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign management
• Expertise in HubSpot for marketing automation and Salesforce for CRM management
• Experience leading website redesign projects and a strong understanding of UX / UI principles
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms
• Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience with website management and optimization
• Experience managing external vendors

• Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field
• Certifications in HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications
