We are working with a wholesale distributor of wood products who is seeking a key accounts manager covering NC and SC. This person will foster relationships within established key accounts in the most profitable territory within the company.
Our client posted monster numbers in 2022 saw almost 23% revenue growth, and they are not stopping there. This down economy is the perfect storm for a cash-heavy company to build.
You will be required to travel 25% +/- , coach and train your sales team, and hold/grow your own book of business compiled of key accounts.
The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy to increase profitability within key accounts.
Responsibilities
- Support key accounts in multiple locations across the Carolinas
- Coordinate with sales support and branch offices to deliver customer orders
- Track and all sales activities
- Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis
- Provide monthly ing to executive sales team
Qualifications
- Experience managing key accounts
- Experience generate and maintaining relationships across entire client enterprise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
