Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are looking for a Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to help support our own rapid growth.

As an SDR, your primary responsibility is to generate new business opportunities and increase revenue.

To be successful in this role, you must have a deep understanding of the company’s products and services, as well as the needs and pain points of your target market. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, and then developing and nurturing these relationships through various communication channels, such as email, phone calls, and social media, using our CRM in order to set appointments.

Your key responsibilities as a Sales Development Representative include:

• o Identifying new business opportunities to generate revenue.
• o Researching and qualifying potential leads, using a variety of sources, such as databases, referrals, and online tools.
• o Initiating and nurturing relationships with prospects through various channels, including phone, email, sms, social media, and networking events.
• o Collaborating with the sales team to identify and prioritize target accounts and develop a customized approach for each one.
• o Developing a deep understanding of the company’s products and services, as well as the competitive landscape and industry trends.
• o Managing and updating the company’s CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on leads and prospects.
• o Working closely with other departments, to provide feedback and insights that help improve the company’s services and offerings.

To qualify and be successful in this role, you must have:

• Experience selling technology and setting appointments over the phone with C-levels in a B2B environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to speak confidently to C level, pivot the conversation seamlessly based on their responses and close for an appointment
• Be highly organized and detail-oriented
• Track record of exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of technology and IT services

Additionally, experience working with C-level executives is highly desirable, as this role will require frequent interaction with decision-makers at potential client organizations.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

• Minimum of 60 calls/day
• Quality and up-to-date data in database
• Inside Sales KPIs (average call time, number of calls/week) and suggest improvement.

Compensation:

• $20-40/hour base pay + bonuses

Education:

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
• Required High School Diploma
