The Role

This is a rare opportunity to work closely with the CFO and Head of Finance, taking responsibility for Corporate Management Reporting & Analysis for the Australian region, Management Reports and Cost Centre Analysis and Reporting. Supervising the work another staff member with the potential to manage more.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of day to day operations for multiple cost centres, including cost centre maintenance, recharges/platform allocations, analysis and inter company.
• Preparation of cost centre budgeting, forecasting and cashflows.
• Reporting of cost centres, including actuals vs budget/forecast analysis and meetings with cost centre managers.
• Ownership of day to day accounting and operational activities for all legal entities within the Finance division.
• Preparation of month end and quarter end analysis for the business.
• Assist with review of corporate matters.
• Liaise with the Corporate Team to resolve any issues and provide accruals for month end if required

Experience & Qualifications

• CA or CPA Qualified Accountant
• Property experience with a mix of corporate reporting
• Management reporting compilation and presentation building
• Strong communication, presentation and business partnering ability
• Analysis of result variances and data
