Intrinsic Health are seeking an experienced and passionate Recruitment Consultant to join our growing internal recruitment team in Sydney. Reporting directly into our Talent Operations Manager, this role will provide variety and room for growth within the company.

The role

• End to end recruitment and selection processes, from advertising, sourcing and screening candidates, referencing to post hiring and on boarding of staff
• Provide advice and support to managers on the selection of candidates
• Design innovative attraction and selection campaigns
• Actively seek feedback from people’s experiences
• Liaise with a range of stakeholders internal and external to the organisation
• Managing multiple roles in a fast paced recruitment environment

Experience and requirements

• Previous agency or in-house recruitment experience, preferably in allied health recruitment but not essential
• Ability to develop strong relationships
• Demonstrated sourcing experience is essential
• Team orientated
• High level of communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and in a fast-paced environment
• Competent using MS Office packages
• Vaccination certificates and current Police Checks
