About the Role

Reporting to a talented and highly motivated CFO, as the Financial Controller, you will take responsibility for the efficient running of the accounting function, managing a small team highly qualified and very effective team. This role will be varied and challenging and will include all aspects of financial control, budgeting, forecasting, executive reporting including analytical review, year-end, management of the Audit function and compliance with all relevant technical accounting standards. You will also play a key role in working with leaders across the business to provide analytical insights in order to drive better, and more commercial decisions. Having a strong commercial voice is important for the business and being able to drive commercial opportunities see you ideally aligned to supporting the vision of our business.

About You

You are a CA/CPA qualified accountant who has well developed technical accounting and commercial acumen. Your success to date has been built by your ‘down to earth’, approach. A true partner and leader of your function you are an excellent communicator who collaborates and influences with integrity, inspires, encourages and influences across the business.
