Accounting Associate – Des Moines, IA

The main focus of this role includes:

• Responsible for processing daily accounting queries in regards to customer accounts
• Processes daily account payments/refunds
• Respond to direct inquiries from customer service reps and other departments in regards to customer accounts
• Process Device Protection Plan Claims
• Terminate and remove equipment from customer accounts
• Unclaimed customer refund processing
• All other duties as assigned

What we are looking for in a candidate:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Associates Degree or some college preferred
• Basic accounting or general business experience preferred
• Basic Excel, MS Word, and Email
• Attention to detail a must
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
