Your mission

The Talent Acquisition Lead will serve as a strategic talent advisor and lead recruitment efforts for the company. The role will develop and execute talent strategies, processes, and solutions that ensure Intigriti is able to identify and acquire top diverse talent in all functions and locations across several regions. This role reports to the VP of HR & Talent while working in close partnership with other stakeholders.

You will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing an effective talent acquisition strategy for Intigriti. This position works closely with stakeholders, hiring managers, and applicable HR Business Partners to ensure that Intigriti’s efforts align with company needs and objectives.

What you’ll be doing

• Strategize with the VP of People and Talent/Talent team/internal stakeholders on future hiring plans, employer branding, …
• Develop ideas to pivot messaging, job descriptions, or any external facing content/events to help impact our ability to acquire talent
• Partnering with stakeholders to finalize specifics of role scope, scorecard, search timeline, interview sequence, contract type, and other elements of a given search
• Running weekly search meetings with hiring managers, staying organized, giving updates, and holding others accountable for action items
• Overseeing the process of how candidates move through our applicant tracking system in a timely fashion
• Managing search processes from the start (search approval & kick-off) to finish (new hire start date)
• Conducting screening calls or joining interviews as a People Team representative and participating in later stages of the selection process as needed, depending on the role
• Using, iterating, and evolving a comprehensive set of best-practice processes, tools, checklists, and templates for recruiting and hiring at Intigriti
• Developing talent pools/pipelines of passive candidates for forecasted/upcoming seats in your client departments
• Manage, guide, and coach a team of recruiters developing recruitment strategies and hiring bar-raising talent for Intigriti
• Supporting workflows associated with recruiting interns

What you’ll bring

• Proven working experience as a Recruitment Manager/Talent Lead or other relevant HR experience
• Data-driven is your middle name, you’ll use data to make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with AT systems and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Demonstrable experience with recruitment metrics
• Native in English, full proficiency in Dutch is a huge plus
• Excited about rolling up your sleeves and getting stuff done in an unstructured environment of a hyper-growth technology startup.
• Proven experience with offer negotiating and closing great candidates
• Skilled at operating with a sense of urgency in all stages of the recruiting cycle
