The Healthcare Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of telephonic teams, ensuring top-tier customer service, patient care, and efficiency. This role involves leading leadership development, enhancing processes, and fostering collaboration across the organization.

The work you will do:

• Operational Leadership: Steer telephonic teams towards achieving operational excellence and outstanding patient care.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with diverse teams, addressing challenges and crafting solutions. Lead through influence, seamlessly aligning teams with shared objectives, and resolving complex disputes innovatively.
• Strategic Planning: Set clear goals, strategies, and visions for top-notch customer experiences. Make impactful decisions based on deep analysis and expertise.
• Process Improvement: Pinpoint and roll out process enhancements, adapting swiftly in changing environments and handling ambiguity.
• Goal Achievement: Meet rigorous targets, persevere through obstacles, and steer teams aligned with the organizational mission.
• Relationship Building: Foster partnerships across the organization and with external stakeholders, promoting unity and teamwork.
