Interview For HR Specialist || B.C.A – Freshers Full Time

We are a fast-growing Cybersecurity Startup founded by a passionate entrepreneur. We are building advanced security solutions and currently hiring multiple Cybersecurity Experts (Penetration Testers, Red Team, Threat Intelligence, Cloud Security etc.).

Due to a high volume of applications, we are now looking for a skilled HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us hire the best talent quickly and efficiently.

Role & Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for Cybersecurity roles (OSCP, CEH, Red Team, VAPT, Cloud Security etc.)

Conduct initial screening calls and technical interviews

Coordinate with the founder for final technical rounds

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (from posting jobs to offer letter)

Build a strong pipeline of cybersecurity talent

Post jobs on Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri and other platforms

Maintain candidate database and tracking
