We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Doctor to join our team in Gurugram, Haryana, India. This role requires a compassionate and skilled professional who will provide immediate medical care to patients in emergency situations. Candidates with 0 to 6 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient Evaluation: Quickly assess patients to determine the severity of their condition and the necessity for emergency treatment.
2. Treatment Administration: Provide appropriate medical interventions, including resuscitation, stabilization, and medication management, to patients with critical health issues.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with nursing staff, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
4. Documentation: Maintain accurate medical records of patient assessments, treatment plans, and follow-up care, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
5. Crisis Management: Handle emergencies effectively by making swift decisions and adapting to rapidly changing situations.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates must hold a Post Graduate degree in medicine with a specialization in emergency medicine. Strong clinical skills, especially in critical care management, are essential. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and their families. A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest emergency care practices is vital. The candidate should be able to work under pressure, demonstrating resilience and a calm demeanor in challenging situations. A strong sense of teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced environment is expected. Qualification is MD/DNB in Emergency Medicine ( MEM ) Package is LPM .
