We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager. Here is what you will be doingâ€

• Production & Support department Management : Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer requirements and production targets.
• Documentation and ing : Maintain accurate production records, including production output, downtime, and quality metrics.
• Equipment Management : Oversee the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of rotogravure printing machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Team Leadership and Training : Recruit, train, and supervise a team of rotogravure machine operators and technicians.
• Inventory and Supply Chain Management : Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure an adequate supply of raw materials and printing consumables.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with industry trends, advancements in printing technology, and best practices.
