This is an incredible opportunity for a multitalented professional to work in a medium-size global company in the language services industry. As a recruiting Specialist, you will be responsible for vetting, interviewing, testing, onboarding and managing a network of professionals who can deliver world-class interpretation services to a variety of industries. The day-to-day work of this role will support all stages of the employee lifecycle including answering general questions, facilitating training, and partnering with the division director and local managers to resolve employee relations issues. Our ideal candidate has a background in language services or a staffing agency, is technologically savvy, and passionate about recruiting, management and training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full talent acquisition life-cycle of remote and in-person interpreters.
• Implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Direct the search, interview, testing and approval process for eligible candidates
• Manage the recruiting process to ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers
• Sets and exceeds monthly recruitment goals
• Quality assurance: testing, training, and ongoing evaluation of talent pool to guarantee maximum interpretation quality and customer satisfaction.
• Strategize with managers to determine recruiting effectiveness
• Handle special recruitment initiatives as needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Superior interview skills
• Determined to meet recruitment goals
• Language services or staffing agency recruitment experience a plus
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
