Opportunity for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join a large law firm that is highly ranked by Vault as a great place to work.

Specific Responsibilities include :

Website Management : Oversee website updates, including client alerts, blogs, press releases, and practice pages, utilizing the Monday.

com project management system and collaborating closely with the Business Development team.

• Email Marketing : Execute email marketing campaigns, encompassing client alerts and event invitations, with proficiency in Concep as an advantage.
• SEOImplementation : Apply Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices when creating and updating website and blog content.
• Performance ing : Provide monthly s on website and blog performance, offering insights and recommendations.
• Trend Analysis : Identify emerging trends to enhance website user experience and engagement.
• Social Media Expertise : Keep abreast of social media best practices, particularly on LinkedIn, and stay attuned to emerging trends relevant to the legal industry.
• Vendor Relations : Maintain relationships with external vendors and coordinate support when required.
• Special Projects : Assist in coordinating and executing special digital projects as needed, while remaining adaptable to other assigned duties.

Qualifications

Educational Background : Possess a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, alongside a minimum of three years of digital marketing experience.

Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment is highly advantageous.

Technical Proficiency : Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Exhibit competence in digital media management software such as WordPress, Sprout Social, Vimeo, and possess a working knowledge of Google Analytics, HTML, and SEO.

Display the aptitude to quickly grasp new software applications.

Communication Skills : Exhibit strong analytical and communication skills, both in written and oral forms. Maintain exceptional organizational and planning capabilities with a keen eye for detail.

Effectively manage multiple tasks and projects within a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.

Creativity and Collaboration : Embody creativity, adaptability, motivation, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Demonstrate the capacity to prioritize and execute multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.

Confidentiality and Adherence : Uphold the firm’s social media and media policies and exercise discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
